Products & Authenticity
Are your products 100% genuine?
Yes. Action Camera Hub is an authorised reseller of DJI, Insta360, Sharge and Plaud. Every product is brand-new, sealed, genuine, and comes with the official manufacturer warranty applicable in India.
Which brands do you sell?
We specialise in DJI (drones, gimbals and action cameras), Insta360 (360 and action cameras), Sharge (GaN chargers and power banks) and Plaud (AI voice recorders), along with genuine accessories for these brands.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All devices carry the manufacturer’s limited warranty (typically 1 year for most cameras and devices). Keep your invoice safe, as it is needed for any warranty claim. See our Warranty Policy for full details.
Orders, Payment & GST
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on eligible orders and PIN codes. All available payment options, including COD, are shown at checkout.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Absolutely. Just enter your GST number in the optional GST field at checkout, and we will issue a proper GST invoice. A GST invoice is also useful if you need to register a DJI drone with the authorities.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 3 hours of placing the order, as long as it has not been packed or dispatched. Contact us quickly with your order number. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours (maximum handling time 3 business days). After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹2,000. A small flat fee applies to orders below ₹2,000, shown clearly at checkout.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes through trusted courier partners.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email/SMS, and you can also track from your My Account page.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
What is your return policy?

My product arrived damaged or is defective. What should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video (an unboxing video helps a lot). We will arrange a replacement or repair as appropriate.
How do I claim warranty?
Message us with your order number, the product’s serial number and a description of the issue. We will help diagnose it and guide you through the brand’s authorised service process. See our Warranty Policy for details.
When will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank.
DJI Drones – India Rules & Care
Do I need to register my DJI drone in India?
If your drone weighs more than 250g, yes – it must be registered on the Government of India’s Digital Sky (DigiSky) portal to obtain a UIN (Unique Identification Number). The registration fee is nominal (around ₹100) and approval typically takes a few working days. Rules can change, so always confirm on the official DGCA Digital Sky portal.
Which DJI drones do NOT need registration?
Nano-category drones weighing 250g or less – such as the DJI Mini series and DJI Neo – are exempt from UIN registration for recreational use. Commercial use may still have additional requirements.
Do I need a licence or permission to fly?
For recreational flying with a nano drone, generally no. For drones above 250g or for commercial use, a Remote Pilot Certificate may be required. Always fly within permitted green zones and below the legal altitude limit.
Where am I not allowed to fly?
Avoid no-fly zones such as near airports, international borders, military installations and other sensitive areas. Check the Digital Sky airspace map and your DJI app’s built-in geo-zone warnings before every flight.
What is DJI Care Refresh and can I add it?
DJI Care Refresh is DJI’s accidental-damage protection plan that offers low-cost replacements for covered incidents (such as drops, collisions and water damage). Availability and pricing vary by product – check the product page or ask us. It generally must be activated within 48 hours of activating a drone (or within 30 days for handheld devices).
Insta360 Cameras
How does the “invisible” selfie stick work?
When shooting in 360 mode with the official Insta360 Invisible Selfie Stick, the camera’s AI automatically removes the stick from the final shot, creating a floating “drone-like” view. Keep the stick straight and aligned with the camera for the best effect.
Which microSD card should I use?
For 5.7K/8K recording, use a high-speed UHS-I or UHS-II microSD card rated V30 or higher (for example, SanDisk Extreme or Samsung EVO Plus). Most current models support cards up to 1TB. Cameras usually do not include a memory card unless it is part of a bundle.
Are Insta360 cameras waterproof?
Many models (such as the X4 and X5) are waterproof to around 10m without a case. For deeper dives, use the official Invisible Dive Case, which also keeps 360 stitching clean. Always rinse with fresh water and dry the camera after use in water.
How do I edit my 360 footage?
Use the free Insta360 app or desktop Studio software to reframe your shot, apply AI tracking and FlowState stabilisation, and export a standard flat video to share. The app is beginner-friendly with built-in colour and presets.
Sharge Chargers & Power Banks
What is GaN charging?
GaN (Gallium Nitride) chargers run cooler and more efficiently than older silicon chargers, so they can deliver high power in a much smaller, lighter body – ideal for fast-charging phones, tablets and even laptops on the go.
Will a Sharge charger fast-charge my device?
Sharge chargers support modern USB-C Power Delivery (PD) and other fast-charging standards. Your device will charge at the fastest speed it and the charger both support, using a compatible USB-C cable. Check the wattage on the product page to match your phone or laptop.
Can I carry a Sharge power bank on a flight?
Most power banks under 100Wh (roughly 27,000mAh at 3.7V) are allowed in carry-on baggage on flights, subject to airline rules. Power banks must be in your cabin bag, not checked-in luggage. Always check your airline’s latest policy before travelling.
