Shipping Coverage

We ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes through trusted, reputed courier partners.

Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders placed before 7:00 PM on a business day are taken up for processing the same day and are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours.
  • Weekends and public holidays are not counted as processing days.
  • Our maximum handling time is 3 business days — in most cases your order leaves our warehouse well before this.

Dispatch & Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities and larger towns are usually faster, while remote PIN codes may take a little longer.

Pre-Order Items

Some products may be offered for pre-order before they are in stock. Pre-order items are shipped as soon as the stock arrives with us. If your order has both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately so the available items reach you sooner.

Our Courier Partners

We work with multiple reliable courier companies and always choose the partner that offers the fastest and most dependable delivery for your area. The courier handling your order may therefore vary based on your PIN code.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹2,000.
  • A small flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹2,000, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can also track anytime from your My Account page.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to factors outside our control — weather, regional restrictions, courier disruptions, or high-demand sale periods. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated.
